Vivian has lived in Garden City for 38 years, where she has participated in numeous community services and outside activities. As a resident of Garden City she knows the local market very well, enabling her to serve you better. She is a member of Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She has successfully completed the professional Relocation Training Program, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Program and Certified Home Marketing Specialist to assist in the staging and pricing of your home; and recently completed the "Realtor Short Sales Professional Certification Program."
Working as an Agent for Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors, she has many resources available to her; Coach Realtors is an exclusive affiliate of Luxury Portfolio International, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and RELO Networking. Vivian has the ability to arrange virtual home tours and floor plans for her clients. She offers complimentary home market evaluations and is an accredited buyer representative, a designation which enables her to represent and assist buyers in purchasing a home.
Senator Kemp Hannon named Vivian "Woman of Distinction" in 1995. She is a past President of the Garden City League of Mercy Medical Center and chaired St. Joseph's Parish Ball in 1998. She continues as a committee member for the Mercy League, President and Vice-President of the St. Joseph's Rosary Altar Society, Committee member of the Association for the Help of Retarded Children (AHRC), Committee member and a sponsor for the St. John's Kenyan Children's Foundation which raises money for educating the poor in Kenyan and has served as Director of the Central Property Owners' Association. She is a past member of St. Joseph's Parent Teachers Association and a volunteer for the Life Center of Long Island.
Vivian has taught piano and has been an instructor for St. Joseph's School Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) classes. She has been a member and managed a Garden City woman's softball team; winning first place in 1997.
Vivian has extensive managerial skills not only through community service but also through positions she has held before becoming a Real Estate Salesperson; namely Manager of the Dean's office, State University of New York at Stony Brook and manager of the Architectural Design office for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital in New York City.
Vivian is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
